COVID-19
From 1 January 2023, Intrepid will no longer require travellers to provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19 (excluding select Polar trips and cruises).
However, we continue to strongly recommend that all Intrepid travellers and leaders get vaccinated to protect themselves and others.
Your destination or airline may still require specific proof of testing or vaccination. Please check travel and entry requirements carefully.
If a traveller tests positive for COVID-19 and wishes to continue on their trip, they will be required to take additional precautionary measures to prevent transmission, including wearing a mask when in close contact with others.
Intrepid will always follow local COVID-19 regulations and protocols.
Although not mandatory, Intrepid supports the use of masks to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. We follow the guidance and requirements of local governments and individual businesses around mask-wearing.
